Today, the Catholic Charities Charles F. Murphy Early Childhood Development Center in Brooklyn hosted Dads Take Their Child to School Day! Fathers, uncles, brothers, grandfathers and more were invited to participate in today’s special event for our students and their families. Parents were provided a grab and go breakfast and giveaways including, stickers and information on the unbreakable bond between a father and child. Check out the adorable photos.
Since the pandemic began, Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens has provided much-needed food packages and services at 49 Catholic Charities parish-based food pantries, and in total, the agency distributed over $6 million in food assistance. Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens continues to deliver mental health counseling, housing services, family services and early childhood education.
