Our Opioid Treatment Program offers licensed therapists provide individual and group counseling, helping participants address the underlying causes of addiction and develop coping strategies.

We now offer Sublocade injections to support your recovery journey! Sublocade is for adults with moderate to severe opioid dependency who have started treatment with a dose of oral Buprenorphine or are being treated with Buprenorphine. Sublocade injection offered at 100mgs or 300mgs. Injected subcutaneously (under the skin) of the stomach (abdomen), thigh, buttock, or back of the upper arm by a healthcare professional. Catholic Charities will assist with transportation for Sublocade injection appointment if needed.

Our Opioid Treatment Program also offers Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), including Suboxone, Vivitrol, Sublocade, and Brixadi, which helps manage withdrawal symptoms and reduce the risk of relapse.
