The Vincentian Outreach offers case management for community members in need with limited financial assistance and referrals to Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens and other community programs. We invite Pastors and Parish Administrators to download the Parish Referral Form and submit the completed form when referring members of the community to our Vincentian Outreach Program.
Please email the completed form to Office of Mission’s Deacon Jean Rameau at jean.rameau@ccbq.org. If the situation is urgent, please indicate the level of urgency in your email. Deacon Jean will work with clients to arrange appointments at one of our offices in Brooklyn or Queens or at a local parish, if the client is homebound.
