Our Mobile Crisis Team in Brooklyn, based out of the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics provides after-hour coverage to clients in crisis, specially trained to respond to urgent situations with sensitivity and professionalism. Whether you or a relative is facing a sudden mental health episode, emotional breakdown, or behavioral challenge.
Our team is equipped to offer emergency counseling, in-person visits, and stabilization services. The team is available 24/7 to respond to anyone in crisis. Clients in crisis can call, receive emergency counseling, visits, assistance with the goal of preventing decompensation, hospitalizations, and the use of 911 services. All CCNS Integrated Health and Wellness clients have access to the team for 24/7 assistance.
We prioritize rapid response and personalized care. When a client contacts our crisis line, they are connected with licensed professionals who assess the situation and determine the most appropriate intervention. This may include crisis de-escalation, safety planning, coordination with family or caregivers, or linkage to ongoing mental health services.
