CCBQ’s Community Programming Services Elves continue to spread Christmas cheer throughout Brooklyn and Queens with a recent stop at Ocean Bay Apartments in Bayside, Queens. Children from The Child Center of New York who had written letters through New York Cares Winter Wishes were greeted by Santa with gifts. Thanks to The Child Center of New York, CCBQ’s Ocean Bay’s Work, Learn and Grow (WLG) Program and Santa and Elf Grady for helping to make this such a festive occasion.
