CCBQ’s Community Program Services Relatives as Parents Program (RAPP) participants recently gathered for Chat & Chew. Held at Riverdale Osborne Towers in Brooklyn, participants were visited by Rolanda T. Pyle, author of Grandma’s Hands who held a reading and question and answer. Participants later sang as a group and shared their experiences as caregivers over a delicious lunch. Some lucky winners went home with a signed book and information from UnitedHealthcare, ClearCaptions and NYC Department for the Aging’s Brandy Orange. This program is funded in part by The Brookdale Foundation Group.
