Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens Santa’s Toy Shop Guidelines! 🎄
- A hard copy of the birth certificate MUST be presented for each child (birth–17).
- No phone pictures accepted. Other child ID accepted only if it shows name and date of birth.
- Number of gifts is based on proof of date of birth and proof shown.
- Registration is for 1 adult per family. Bring photo ID.
- You will be matched with a personal Elf Shopper. Only the Elf Shopper handles the gifts you choose.
- Dress accordingly, be prepared to wait outdoors, and stay hydrated.
- No children permitted in the Toy Shop area.
- Bring a shopping bag and/or cart!
- Must live in Brooklyn or Queens.
- There is a small set of stairs leading into the shops.
- We will filter in waiting line guests as space allows. Best walk-in time: AFTER 1 PM.
