Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens Community Health and Wellness team had a great time finishing up our summer educational discussion series at Queens Library in Far Rockaway by learning all about diabetes. We learned what to look out for, how diabetes works, and how to care for diabetes symptoms as early on as possible. There are healthy choices you can make to be mindful of your blood sugar levels starting today.
