CCBQ’s Community Programming Services Elves recently made their last travels around Brooklyn and Queens helping 250 children, 100 teens and 100 seniors write letters to Santa. Their last stop was at the Ocean Bay Apartments in Bayside, Queens. This event was made possible by the generosity of New York Cares Winter Wishes, a gift-giving program designed to help make everyone’s holiday extra special.
