Special thanks to Foodtown Supermarkets from Bay Ridge, Bedford-Stuyvesant, Georgetown, Hollis and Kensington for their generous donations to several CCBQ Food Pantries. Donated items included an assortment of fresh meat. Also, thank you to Linda LaDez, Director of FrontEnd Operations at Foodtown Supermarkets for coordinating the deliveries. Our pantry guests were very appreciative of this extra food, which will go a long way in feeding their families, as so many are still struggling due to the current health crisis.
