Our Social Adult Day Program serves those age 60 and over who are diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia. Program offered to clients and their caregivers include:
- Five (5) hours of respite: Monday – Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM
- Case management
- Supportive counseling
- Group activities
- Caregiver support groups
- Training workshops
- Information and referral services in a caring environment
