CCBQ’s Community Program Services recently held Pajama Storytime at the Catholic Charities Colin Newell Early Childhood Development Center in Jamaica, Queens. This session involved fathers and their children establishing a healthy reading routine. Participants also played games to encourage interactive learning. Families went home with a copy of “Llama Llama Red Pajama” by Anna Dewdney and some lucky winners won Target gift cards, pajamas, books, a stuffed llama in red pajamas and alphabet toys. This workshop was funded in part by the Maternity & Early Childhood Foundation.
