Community Wellness event in Queens featuring toy distribution for families in need.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWHEN: Thursday\, December 21\, 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM \nWHERE: St. Gabriel Roman Catholic Church 26-26 98th St.\, Queens\, NY 11369 \nDETAILS: \n\n Hard copies of birth certificates for each child (ages birth-17) MUST be presented at the door. No pictures on phones will be accepted.\n\nA valid ID for parents or guardians collecting gifts is required. The ID must match the name on the registration.\nRegistration is for one adult with number of children\, do not register each child separate\nPlease dress for weather; be prepared to wait outside\nBring a bag/cart to carry gifts in\nNo children allowed in Santa’s Toy Shoppe\nNote that there are a stairs leading into the shop.\n\n\n\nIf you cannot register\, walk ins will be allowed on a first come\, first serve basis\, after those who registered go in.  All required documentation will need to be presented. \nDownload the December 22nd  Live It Up!
