Depression and Alcohol Abuse Screening and Assistance

Contact Details

Through our Depression and Alcohol Abuse Program, we provide awareness of depression, substance abuse screening and referrals for senior citizens in Brooklyn and Queens.  The program provides counseling and linkage to mental health services, healthcare, senior centers, and when appropriate, assistance with other entitlements. These activities create opportunities to assist the elderly population with intervention, assessments, screenings and referrals for mental health, as well as other concrete services and entitlements.
