Ken Rosato, Anchor of WABC-TV's Eyewitness News, to Emcee the 2017 Bishop Joseph M. Sullivan Memorial Golf Classic

Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens is honored to have Ken Rosato, anchor of WABC-TV's Eyewitness News, as our emcee for the 2017 Bishop Joseph M. Sullivan Memorial Golf Classic on Monday, September 25th at the Sands Point Golf Club. This fundraiser is held annually to benefit thousands of children throughout Brooklyn and Queens through our early education and child care services, helping so many families get a head start on life.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Mr. Rosato has been graciously donating his time and talents to CCBQ events since 2009, and we look forward to another exciting and successful event.
 
Ken Rosato is anchor of Channel 7's top-rated Eyewitness News This Morning.  Ken joined the Eyewitness News Team as a freelance reporter in 2003. He came to WABC-TV from New York's WNYW-TV, where he was a reporter and anchored the morning and midday news. Before that he worked as a news anchor and reporter at WFOR-TV in Miami/Fort Lauderdale, where he covered the 2000 Presidential election vote-count stalemate and the year-long Elian Gonzales standoff.  While there, he was nominated for a Suncoast Emmy Award.  Earlier, Ken worked as an anchor for WETM-TV in Elmira/Binghamton, NY, as well as News Director and anchor at Long Island's WLNY-TV. 
 
Ken received his BFA in Television and Radio from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, and his MA in languages - he speaks five fluently, including Spanish and Italian. He is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists, and has been honored five times with the New York Emmy Award.  A native of New Rochelle, NY, Ken now makes his home in New Jersey, where he was named 2008 Man of the Year.
