Live It Up: Community Health Event

WHAT: Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens will host a Community Health Event for families and individuals in Brooklyn and Queens. Participants must be 18 and over, are required to wear a mask and be prepared to social distance, bring a shopping cart, and please dress for the weather.
WHEN: Friday, September 24, 2021, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
WHERE: St. Paul the Apostle located at 98-16 55th Avenue, Corona, NY 11368
On Friday, September 24 Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens will:
- Host interactive Health & Wellness Stations featuring: COVID-19 safety, vaccine information, NY Project Hope, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits, and fresh produce while supplies last.
- Distribute one box of food per household.
- Distribute FREE giveaways, and more!
* Rain or shine. Outdoor event. Supply is limited. First come, first served. Hosted by Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens Community Health & Wellness Services.
