Live It Up: Get Healthy, Live Well

WHAT: Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens will host a Live It Up: Get Healthy, Live Well event for our neighbors in Brooklyn. Join us for information on healthy resources, tips and more! Participants are required to wear a mask and be prepared to social distance.
WHEN: Tuesday, May 24, 2022 from 1:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
WHERE: St. Patrick’s Church located at 9511 4th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11209
On Tuesday, May 24 Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens will host:
- Health screenings;
- Dental health oral exam (No insurance required);
- Blood pressure screenings;
- Produce box;
- Resources and information on Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Empire BlueCross/BlueShield and more!
