CCBQ Volunteer Honored by NY1 as Queens Person of the Week
Stanley Fish, volunteer at Catholic Charities Northeast Queens Friendly Visiting Program, is honored as NY1’s Queens Person of the Week for his commitment and dedication to visiting the homebound elderly and alleviating their isolation. After Stanley’s wife passed away three years ago, he decided to honor her memory by volunteering and helping others. Click here to see the news coverage of the event.
