Catholic Charities USA Features CCBQ’s Award-Winning Campaign
CCBQ’s award-winning rebranding campaign, “i’m for brooklyn and queens”, was featured by CCUSA in their Charities USA Magazine Spring 2012 issue. In the article, “Supercharging the Next Generation of Supporters,” CCUSA recognized CCBQ for our creativity in cultivating donors and engaging young people and the community on the work of the agency, ensuring that we are no longer “the best kept secret.”
The “i’m for brooklyn and queens” campaign features a multi-layered marketing strategy that includes traditional media (billboards, ads and banners), web/digital strategy, special events, giveaways and publications. The campaign was awarded one Platinum Award, two Gold Awards, and two honorable mentions, for pieces ranging from the overall campaign to the annual report, agency video, campaign brochures and public service announcements.
During the past year, our campaign was pleased to be honored with many prestigious awards, including: five MarCom Awards in the 2011 International Competition, from the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals, which recognizes outstanding achievement by marketing and communications professionals; a 2011 Web Award for Outstanding Achievement in Web Development from Web Marketing Association, a 2010 Annual Report – Award Finalist from Public Relations Society of America’s New York Big Apple Awards; and an Honorable Mention by PR News Nonprofit PR Awards for our “I’m for Brooklyn and Queens” Branding Campaign.
