Bishop Sullivan Golf Classic 2019 Sponsorship Form

Thank you for your interest in the 2019 Bishop Joseph M. Sullivan Golf Classic. A complete description of tax-deductible sponsorship opportunities is below. Cocktail and Dinner Package

Cocktails and Dinner Ticket - $250: Price is per person for cocktails and dinner only (no golf).

Golf and Dinner Package

Foursome - $4,000: This package includes one foursome of golf (4 golfers), caddie service, cocktail reception and dinner for four, and recognition in the program.

Dinner and Sponsorships Opportunities

Event Sponsor - $3,500: Cocktail reception and dinner for four (4), signage at the entrance and throughout the event, and recognition in the program.
Dinner Sponsor - $3,000: Cocktail reception and dinner for four (4), signage at dinner, and recognition in the program.
Cocktails Sponsor - $2,500: Cocktail reception and dinner for three (3), signage at cocktails, and recognition in the program.
Breakfast Buffet Sponsor - $2,000: Cocktail reception and dinner for two (2), signage at breakfast, and recognition in the program.
Course Refreshment Sponsor - $1,500: Cocktail reception and dinner for two (2), signage on the driving range, and recognition in the program.

Golf Course Sponsorships

Pro Shop Sponsor - $1,000: Signage at the event and recognition in the program.
Driving Range Sponsor - $750: Signage on the driving range or putting green and recognition in the program.
Tee Sponsor - $500: Signage at tee and recognition in the program.

There will be a 50/50 raffle and silent auction.
We are accepting donations for the silent auction.
