Responsibilities:
- Adhere to policy and procedure set by Catholic Charities Neighborhood Services-Services for People with Developmental Disabilities regarding incident management and investigative procedures.
- Remain current with the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) regulations pertaining to incident management.
- Conducts and completes investigations within the required timeframes set forth by OPWDD.
- Ensure all relevant information is gathered thoroughly, all parties are interviewed and statements are secured.
- Report progress and findings of all investigations to the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Additional QA responsibilities as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Human Services Preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree and practical experience of OPWDD Regulations in relation to residential care.
- Two years knowledge of OPWDD investigative process and regulations.
- Job position consists of a Tuesday-Saturday work schedule.
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be well organized.
- Able to work under stringent deadlines.
- Ability to travel to multiple sites as needed.
- Computer savvy.
