Responsibilities:
- Performs needed tasks to maintain the residence and office in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Performs minor repairs/painting in both residence and scatter site apartments.
- Drives/maintains van and assists in client moves.
- Responds to emergency hygiene maintenance on a 24 hour basis.
- Must be able to share emergency on-call.
- Participates in weekly supervision and staff meetings.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma -
NYS Drivers License -
Must be able to perform repairs, climb stairs and travel. -
Housekeeping and cleaning experience, and ability to be friendly while respecting the privacy of residents. -
Must be proficient in English (Reading, writing, speaking). -
Spanish speaking preferred.
