Responsibilities:
·Provide overall management and supervisory oversight for the day to day operations of no less than (4) residences for persons with developmental disabilities.
·Hire and evaluate staff, monitor security and management of consumer personal allowance and information (including HIPPA guidelines and procedures).
·Provide oversight for construction and physical plant repairs to ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations.
·Regular travel to all assigned locations.
·24 hour/7 day a week availability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree required, Masters Degree preferred, & 3-5 years supervisory experience.
- Broad Knowledge of OPWDD regulations and guidelines.
- Flexible to travel to multiple sites as needed.
- Must have excellent writing skills and presentation.
- Computer literate.
