Responsibilities:
-
Actively recruit and engage eligible fathers from the community. -
Assist in the monitoring and collection of data. -
Coordinate and provide services to fathers and their families. -
Comply with contractual obligations, including statistical reports. -
Collaborate with internal and external networks in community building.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work.
- Experience working with youth, 16-24 years old.
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office software packages.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
