Responsibilities:
-
Supervise case management team to adhere to all standards according to funding supplied and Agency standards. -
Conduct weekly individual Supervision of case managers. -
Maintain and produce monthly Statistical Reports and Supervision notes. -
Work in concert with Property Management team. -
Screen and Coordinate all applicants for Housing. -
Oversee and Supervise RN along with medication policies. -
Attend weekly Supervision with Program Administrator/ Associate Director.
Qualifications:
-
Masters Degree in Social Work or closely related field of study. -
Two + years experience in Supervising others. -
Experience with MICA / Homeless populations. -
Ability to work as a Team member, Take directives, and Lead teams. -
Talent to work as Team member/Leader to foster Community Building and Stability. -
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
