Responsibilities:
-
Overseeing the delivery of care in order to ensure the appropriateness and effectiveness of outpatient services. -
Identification of gaps in service delivery system. -
Representing the Agency at meetings, conferences and public forums. -
Strategic planning and implementation. -
Development and implementation of processes and services that will improve the service delivery system, & program development – including monitoring revenue, productivity, & outcomes. -
Staff training and development and supervision, compliance with contracts, agency policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and audit readiness and new initiatives.
Qualifications:

The Clinical Supervisor position in the OMH licensed outpatient Mental Health Clinic requires a master’s degree in Social Welfare or related field, along with a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential for eligibility in the CDT, Mobile Crisis Team, Screening Team, and/or Addiction Treatment program. -
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfort with public speaking, lobbying and advocacy, ability to train and educate staff, & ability to travel to multiple program sites during all hours of program operations if necessary. -
Able to be available to consult to program management staff 24/7, respond to crisis situations if necessary, and believe and understand in the Agency’s Mission.
