Responsibilities:
- Strong assessment and service planning skills to manage a large caseload with clients urgently requiring assistance with basic needs such as food and shelter.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment along with the ability to work cooperatively and willingly with a team of Social Workers and Case Managers.
- Experience conducting outreach to community members and organizations.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters level in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
- 1-2 years case management experience preferred.
- Ability to travel locally.
- Bilingual Spanish skills required.
