Responsibilities:
- Provide individual / couples / group therapy and case management service to a caseload of approximately 35 clients.
- Interface with referral sources, i.e., hospitals, foster care agencies, etc.
- Maintain clinical charts per NYS Office of Mental Health Regulations.
- Comply with the requirements of funding sources, i.e., HMOs, Medicaid, Medicare, etc.
- Participate in weekly supervision and weekly staff meetings.
Qualifications:
- LMSW / LCSW.
- Experience working in an outpatient mental health clinic preferred.
- Bi-lingual Spanish speaking.
