Responsibilities: 

 

  • Clean and Maintain facility utilizing all manner of cleaning methods and general maintenance of the interior and exterior of buildings.
  • Daily cleaning of halls, windows, doors, and bathroom facilities, dusting, mopping and trash collection / preparation for pickup and recycling days.
  • Strip and wax floors as needed.
  • Snow removal.
  • Work in accord with Superintendent / Property Manager in projects related to building maintenance and program operation.
  • Sustain painting cycle of all apartments, rehab move-out apartments.
  • Work as Team Member in all community activities.
Qualifications: 

 

  • High School Diploma / GED preferable.
  • Ability to read, writes, and speaks English.
  • Ability to work in inclement weather.
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects, climb stairs and ladders, paint, work outdoors.

  • Ability to work as a team member and maintain confidentiality.
