Responsibilities:
- Assist the Superintendent in overall operation and maintenance of the building, including making routine repairs in the building, as required.
- Work closely with the Superintendent on special projects - preventative and / or remedial.
- Provide building coverage in the absence of the Superintendent.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Basic knowledge of, and competency in, carpentry, electricity and plumbing.
- Adequate knowledge of the operation of boilers, electrical machinery, elevators and air conditioners.
- Willingness and ability to work closely and cooperatively with the Superintendent and other staff as a member of a team to ensure optimum maintenance of the building and property.
