Responsibilities:
-
Responsible for the supervision of 5 case planners. -
Conduct initial joint home visit with staff. -
Complete monthly record reviews. -
Oversee child safety and potential risk. -
Ensure contractual obligations are met. -
Rotating evening hours and Saturdays required.
Qualifications:
- MSW with experience in child welfare; knowledge/experience in the prevention of foster care and child abuse /neglect.
- Must have Seminar in Field Instruction from an accredited graduate school; knowledge of Connection (CNNX), PROMIS, and Family Team Conferencing.
