Responsibilities: 
  • Work with individuals with developmental disabilities to teach skills and promote independence.
  • Provide assistance when necessary with activities of daily living.
  • Implement service plans and maintain data sheets and other required documentation.
  • Encourage community integration and participation in recreational events.
  • Ensure the overall health and well-being of the individuals.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the entire residence.
Qualifications: 
  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Valid driver's license preferred, w/3 years current driving experience, and ability to operate up to a 15 person van, based on program need.
