This is a great opportunity for a young college grad.
Responsibilities:
- Provide for the safety and security of tenants living in supportive Single Room Occupancy apartment buildings.
- Monitor all people coming into the building and respond to concerns identified by tenants or through direct observation.
- Enforce all house rules; respect tenant rights.
- Answer telephone in professional manner.
- Participate as active member of property management and social services team to build sense of community in building.
Qualifications:
- GED / High School Diploma required.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Bi-lingual, English / Spanish preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
