Responsibilities:
-
Washing of bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, keeping sidewalks and parking lot clean. -
Assisting Security Guard when needed. -
Assisting with lunch and other program related emergencies, shoveling snow, changing light bulbs, repairing locks, doors and other mechanical functions. -
Painting and waxing floors, working with other maintenance security staff, moving furniture & boxes as required. -
Assisting Security Guard with fire drills and related functions. -
Adhering to required designated time in order to provide backup building coverage. -
Sharing responsibility for required and routine opening and closing of gates.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED. -
Excellent Punctuality. -
Excellent Team Player.
