Responsibilities:
-
Assess needs of consumers and prepare service plans. -
Provide case management, advocacy, group work, and financial assistance to individuals and families to maintain and stabilize housing. -
Conduct outreach. -
Perform home visits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field.
- Computer literate with all Microsoft Office software packages.
- Knowledge of entitlements helpful.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within five boroughs, mostly within Queens.
- Willing to work from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on occasion.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
