Our Catholic Charities Community Centers are located throughout Brooklyn & Queens to provide a wide array of services to support families and individuals as well as serve as a gateway to all Catholic Charities' programs and services. For his vision, leadership and 50 years of unwavering service to Catholic Charities, Most Reverend Joseph M. Sullivan, DD, Retired Auxiliary Bishop of the Diocese of Brooklyn, was recently honored by Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens at the Bishop’s Humanitarian Award Dinner at Pier Sixty in Manhattan. Bishop Sullivan also received Catholic Charities USA’s 2010 Centennial Medal in recognition of his valuable contributions to the reduction of poverty in the United States and for his extraordinary commitment to the vision and mission of the Catholic Charities movement in the nation.
