WHAT:            To help individuals and families establish healthy living, the Catholic Charities Queens South Community Center is hosting a day of nurturing your Body, Mind & Spirit. Free screenings, giveaways, and information will be provided.

For the Body: winter coats for those in need; depression screenings; Food Stamp screenings; Eat Smart! Eat Right! Nutrition workshops; and an on-site representative from Fidelis Health Care Insurance for families, children and seniors.

For the Mind: resources and information on voter registration, community center services, developmental disabilities programs, early childhood programs, services for pregnant women, youth services, supplemental food program, etc.

For the Spirit: Meditation/Stress Reduction workshops.
