WINETASTING
TO BENEFIT
CATHOLIC CHARITIES BROOKLYN & QUEENS
In support of the 10th Annual Every Face Race* benefiting Catholic
Charities Brooklyn & Queens, the Heights Chateau will be sponsoring
a Winetasting event at St. Francis College, 182 Remsen Street
in Brooklyn Heights, on Thursday, April 27, 2006, from 6:00 p.m.
to 9:00 p.m. The night will feature 45 wines from around the world,
special tasting of olive oils, and live jazz & classical music.
Hor d’oeuvres, including fruits and cheeses, will be served.

This event is part of the fundraising efforts leading up to Catholic
Charities Brooklyn & Queens’ annual Every Face Race*.
All proceeds from the Winetasting sponsored by the Heights Chateau
will go to support Catholic Charities Brooklyn & Queens programs
and services for children and youth, adults and seniors, the developmentally
disabled, and the isolated.
*The Every Face Race, now on its 10th anniversary, is a 5K fun
run and walk, which will take place on Saturday, May 6th, 2006,
in Prospect Park, Brooklyn. Jim Ryan of CBS 2 News This Morning
will host the Opening Ceremony. All funds raised will go to support
Catholic Charities’ 170 social service programs that now
serve over 90,000 poor and needy people of all religions each
year in Brooklyn and Queens.
