CATHOLIC CHARITIES BROOKLYN & QUEENS
NORTHEAST QUEENS SENIOR SERVICES
RECEIVES CONTINUED FUNDING FROM NEW YORK STATE

Catholic Charities Brooklyn & Queens Northeast Queens Senior Services will continue to receive funding from New York State for transportation services for the elderly. Thanks to the efforts of State Senator Frank Padavan, Assemblyman Mark Weprin and Assemblywoman Margaret Carrozza, Northeast Queens Senior Services will continue to provide transportation services to seniors for medical appointments in neighboring communities.
Seniors, age 60 and older, who reside in Community Board Districts 8, 11 or 13 and are unable to drive, can take advantage of one roundtrip per week to go to medical appointments. For more information or to apply for this service, please contact the program at 718-357-4903 between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
