RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assess needs of consumers.
- Crisis intervention.
- Case management, advocacy, group work and financial assistance to individuals and families to maintain and stabilize housing outreach.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field.
- Computer literate with all Microsoft Office software packages.
- Knowledge of entitlements helpful.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
