TITLE: SUPERVISOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direction of the Clinical Manger, the Supervisor has the responsibility to:
- Complete weekly Staff Work Schedule and provide day to day supervision to all staff.
- Conduct weekly staff meetings to promote cohesion of staff and of services.
- Review charts for content and compliance of NYC Department of Health and Agency standards.
- Complete monthly schedule for groups and all clubhouse activities.
- Coordinate and supervise daily groups.
- Coordinate and supervise educational / recreation programs.
- Insure that Vans meet all safety standards.
- Reviews and approves monthly spending for day to day operations.
- Provides direct services to clients.
- Complete and submit staff appraisals for all employees.
- Attends Agency meetings and other meetings and trainings as required.
- Assist Clinical Manager with administrative tasks and provides leadership in the absence of the Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- LMSW, MSW, CRC, MA with related experience.
- Must have experience in working with psychiatric population.
- Must have excellent clinical, managerial, and communication skills.
