RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide for the safety and security of tenants living
in supportive Single Room Occupancy apartment buildings.
• Monitor all people coming into the building and respond
to concerns identified by tenants or through direct observation.
• Enforce all house rules; respect tenant rights.
• Answer telephone in professional manner.
• Participate as active member of property management
and social services team to build sense of community in building.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• GED / High School Diploma required.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Bi-lingual, English / Spanish preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
