RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for providing the overall management and
supervisory oversight for the day to day operations of no less
than (4) residences for persons with developmental disabilities.
• Hire and evaluate staff, monitor security and management
of consumer personal monies and information (including HIPPA
guidelines and procedures.)
• Responsible for providing oversight for construction
and physical plant repairs to ensure compliance with OMRDD regulations.
• Regular travel to all assigned locations.
• 24 hour / 7day week availability.
• Reports to the Vice President.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Master’s Degree and 3-5 years Supervisory Experience
Required
• Knowledge of OMRDD regulations and guidelines.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites as needed.
• Excellent writing skills and presentation.
• Computer literate.
