RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible to account for, track and follow up on
all invoices for purchases of goods and services
• Communicate with Vendors
• Prepare Requests for Payment and Purchase orders and
maintain organized filing system for same
• Prepare Program’s Petty Cash
• Develop and maintain accurate records of program expenditures
• Prepare monthly budget reports
• Prepare and submit year end fiscal closeout
• Types projects such as plan of corrective action
• Maintain Office Supply Inventory
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be very knowledgeable in Microsoft Word applications
especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Keyboarding speed of
at least 40 wpm.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be willing to travel to multiple work sites during
a 5 day work week.
• Car a plus.
