RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for management of multiple programs
and/or programmatic efforts on behalf of youth and their families,
being fully conversant with the regulatory/contractual environment
affecting their programs. The Project Director is accountable
to the Vice President for Family Services and insures the effective
use of the management system. Responsible to coordinate with
all agency support departments; lead collaboration within and
outside the agency; serve to represent the agency with funding
sources related to youth programming.
QUALIFICATIONS: Masters degree-Social Work or Education or related
field. Previous general management and supervisory experience;
minimum 3 years program experience with youth and their families;
excellent written and interpersonal skills; ability to lead
and implement program development, quality assurance, staff
development and contract compliance.
