RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Cleaning of building, halls, common spaces, lobby, offices,
lavatories, laundry.
• Daily cleaning, dusting, polishing, mopping, vacuuming,
trash collection.
• Grounds- regular picking up of debris, shrub and lawn
care, maintenance of extensive garden areas.
• Snow removal- operation of snow plow, shoveling, etc.
• Assistance to Superintendent in projects/ tasks or repairs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• General maintenance experience.
• Ability to follow directions and work as a member of
a team.
• Possess good health.
