Treatment Program
Full time Clinical Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Not for profit service program seeks full time Clinical Supervisor.
Under the supervision of and in coordination with the Clinical
Manager, duties include but are not limited to planning, coordinating
and supervising day to day program operations; coordinating
intakes and overseeing case assignments; monitor program compliance
with New York City, State, Medicaid and other regulations; monitor
the quality of service to be consistent with client needs, program
policies and goals, as well as the agency mission; monitor quality
of clients’ charts; lead staff meetings; identify staff
training and development needs; develop plans to address those
needs and coordinate them with the Clinical Manager; review
bi-weekly progress notes, quarterly treatment plans and other
case manager and social worker generated documentation; provide
individual clinical supervision for a staff of eight case managers
and social workers and maintain supervision notes; meet regularly
with Clinical Manager to provide major contribution to overall
program planning and development and ongoing assessment of program
needs; maintain accurate census of admissions and discharges;
coordinate and supervise a variety of activities that take place
within the program; lead a number of client groups and maintain
documentation for those groups.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• LCSW
• Good clinical knowledge of adult mental health issues,
clinical supervisory experience; good organizational ability,
attention to detail.
• English-Spanish bi-lingual a plus.
