RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Recruits apartments for our Scattered Sites I and II
housing, as established by contracts, establishing good relationship
with apartment service personnel such as superintendents, plumbers,
etc, while protecting resident confidentiality.
• Establishes and maintains good working relationship
with landlords, assuring them cooperation and contractually
based compliance.
• Assists client to establish new accounts for telephone
and utilities in client name.
• Supervises maintenance staff, including the scheduling
and monitoring of work assignments as they prepare apartments
for routine quarterly inspections.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor Degree in the field of Human Services or other
related discipline.
• One or two years experience in coordination and supervision
in the field of Human Services.
• Knowledge and previous experience working with people
with HIV/AIDS.
• Ability to travel freely and flexibility as to hours
and days, in a 24/7 basis.
• Drivers’ license and a car is a plus.
