RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Completes individual assessments on each camper at the
beginning and the end of the camping term.
• Ensure that lesson plans and goals are written to meet
the individual needs of each camper.
• Supervise and train two or more facilitators in the
implementation of the client goals.
• Research and schedule appropriate field trips with the
Site Director.
• Provide and promote respectful and age appropriate contact
with each camper.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma
• Some college credits preferred.
• At least 2 years working with people with developmental
disabilities.
