RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as an agency liaison to all government funding
sources.
• Manage agency wide efforts to secure, negotiate and
implement contracts with public and private funding sources.
Work with Support Service Departments to ensure timely execution
of requests for proposals, renewal contracts and adherence to
the particular protocol of each funding source.
• Develop and facilitate efforts to insure contract compliance
and adherence to funding source standards, both programmatic
and fiscal, for Family Services.
• Provide consultation to Project Directors and/or Program
Managers on contractual requirements, policies and procedures.
• Provide appropriate technical resources and support
to the quality assurance and field management functions.
• Contribute to the development of public policy on issues
that impact Family Services and the people the agency serves.
• Participate in strategic planning, advocacy and/or policy
forums with government agencies and industry coalitions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
MA Degree in Public Administration or related field plus three
years of relevant experience; strong interpersonal, analytic,
communication and team building skills; proficiency in Microsoft
Office applications.
